This ballpoint features various recognizable signs such as:
– the black toga, which is the garment worn by lawyers, the epitome worn on the left shoulder, it consists of two panels with a circle on the shoulder, the ring of the pen on which is inscribed: “Dura lex, Sed lex” means The law is hard, but it is the law is solid silver.
– The solid silver clip here represents the flap on the toga.
– The numerous folds of the robe are represented here by the ribs on the body and the bonnet, the robe envelops the body in a hieratic way.
– The white lacquer on the ring represents the color of the ermine.
– The small black cabochon represents the shiny reverse of the sleeve.
Accompanied by its wooden stand handcrafted by a very great French artisan:
– Solid wenge wood plate with a groove for the pen
– Books in b.irch with cover in ipé and blond ash with small knots.
